I made a mistake by ordering a 3 pack without ordering 1 first to see how it fit. My biggest concern when ordering was the colour, but actually the colour was on point: the huge issue is that these ponytails would never work on anyone except those with super thin and short natural hair.
My hair was too thick to hide, I tried all sorts of tricks and solutions and YouTube tutorials and in every case my original bun and hair show profusely. I’d tried on fake ponies before and other amazing extensions from lullabellz and there’s usually more hair AND coverage. I’m extremely disappointed in this order.
Verdict: NOT SUITABLE FOR WOMEN WITH THICK HAIR

I got a ponytail extension from INH. I own a lot of extensions and wigs but never a sleek ponytail and while I was looking for a good place, this seemed really good so I decided to get it from them. I got the Miya cuz it's straight and I preferred that over the other options. The product is wonderful, the quality is amazing and I really like it!

Shipping was quite fast and I am pleased because of it. I wanted a couple of items from them in a hurry and they made sure to acknowledge it and send the hair extensions and wigs on time. Also, the products are great! Absolutely wonderful and I really like them. So happy with my purchase

They are skewing these reviews by asking their facebook groups to leave reviews because their rating was based as of yesterday. Kind of shady, be aware.

I've bought a pony from this company and follow them in most social media. But I probably won't buy any more.
If you've read most of the 5 star reviews here, you will notice they all pretty much came in the same day, if not even the same couple of hours. That's because the company asked their fans to come here and help out their 2.3 star. They can deny that and that they only asked for everyone's experiences but we all know what they meant, as fans are cheering that the stars have gone up to 4 etc.
That leaves a bad taste for me, they don't even seem to have address the negative reviews which are all fair btw as they are real negative experiences people have had with them. Asking your fans to pretty much cover that up is ridiculous to me.

I love the products, but really hate their no returns policy. The products are expensive and online you can’t see what colours look like in real life. I was suggested a champagne blonde pony and it has practically browny yellow pieces through it. I am close to platinum blonde and have figured that out now but I spent that money on a pony that I can’t even use. I just wish they would reconsider their returns policy. Everything else is great and they are good quality products!

I'm a professional hair stylist and am guilty of forgetting my own hair sometimes.. INH has made it so much easier for me to change my look and vibe whenever I want! I love them!
